Fees will vary on age and are posted on the website.  It includes a new uniform shirt/jersey and 14 Regular Season games + Tournament Games (Grades 3rd - 12th) and 10-16 Regular Season games (Grades Pre-K/K - 2).

How many games will we play?
This depends on the league, however the average number of games played would be based on grade.  For 2nd - 12th grade, typically there are 14-16 games, for 1st grade 16 games, and 10 games for Kindergarten.  2nd - 12th grade leagues will have a season end tournament in additional to their regular season games.

Can I request to play with a certain coach or friend?
There is a “special request” line on the registration for this purpose. MAA will try to honor as many requests as possible. We will however process the requests on a first-come first-serve basis, and is subject to roster availability.  Late registration will not be guaranteed any requests. We have a limit of 13 players per team and this ensures adequate play time for all players.

What if I don’t have a special request?
There is a space provided on the registration form for school attended.  For the players who don’t have a special request, MAA will try to group the player with other players from the same school or subdivision.  Again, this is a first-come first serve basis.  Late registrants will be placed on a team where there is room on a roster.  Unfortunately, this may not be the closest school or subdivision and another reason to register early.

When will I hear from the coach?
Players will typically not hear from the coach until the last the week of March, when coaches receive their rosters and our Meet Your Coach event is held.  Coaches receive their rosters and schedules at the Coach's Meeting held before Meet Your Coach.  Coaches are then free to contact player families. They will call their players and arrange a meeting to get all the practice and game information to the parents.

Please do NOT call the MAA office to find out schedules, coaches, etc. unless you have not been contacted on or before Sunday, April 3 2011 you may contact your League Director.  Top

When are practices?
