To ensure the safety of our players, we ask all Coaches to complete an online background check every other year.

MAA uses the National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) in conjunction with the National Council of Youth Sports (NCYS) to complete a background check on every potential coach.

Enter the Self Registration Number for the sport you are coaching that was sent to you via email, or contact the MAA office (402.894.1331) for the registration number that you will need.

As you go thru the process, the system will tell you if you have a background check that is still valid, and if so, you won’t need to complete the process. If your background check has expired, you’ll complete the process.

Please complete the screening process as soon as possible; it will need to be completed before your first game.
