Millard Athletic Association

The Millard Dynamite were created in the fall of 2007 for the inaugural season of the Power Division being offered by the Millard Athletic Association.

In 2008 the team competed in the class A division of USSSA 10U. The team ended the year with a 23-14 record.  The season ended on a strong note with a 3rd place finish at the state tournament and the final Nebraska USSSA 10U A ranking of #2 by USSSA points and #4 in the  USSSA Power Rankings.

• 5th - MAA Early Bird - 'AA'
• 6th - Runza Schools Out Challenge - 'A'
• 3rd - Nebraska USSSA State - 'A'
• 2nd -Nebraska USSSA State - 'All-Star'

In 2009 the Dynamite compiled a record of 31-15 competing in the 11U 'A' Division and were State Champions!  They finished no lower than 2nd in tournament play.  Final Nebraska state rankings of #1 were earned in USSSA Points and USSSA Power Rankings.  The team also finished as the #4 ranked team in the United States by USSSA in the 11U 'A' Division.

2009 Tournaments

• 1st - Runza Schools Out Challenge NIT - 'A'
• 2nd - MSP Cowtown Showdown NIT - 'A'
• 1st - Nebraska USSSA State Tournament - 'A'

Due to the onfield success of the 2009 season, Nebraska USSSA promoted the Dynamite to 'AA' classification for the 2010 season.  While the team experienced some growing pains at the new level of play, they finished with a 36-20 record, capping off the year, winning their second consecutive State Championship!

For the 2011 season, the Dynamite 13U team, has been classified 'AAA', their second promotion by USSSA in two seasons.  The team has come along way since their creation, from being MAA in house players just 3+ seasons ago.

• 9th - Summer Sizzler - 'Major' *Runner-Up Silver Division

For their final season of competition, the 14U Dynamite will not only play in AAA & Open tournaments, but will also be participating in Reserve tournaments and competition against High School teams.
