A request for refund form (found to the right) must be completed for each request and submitted to the MAA office for consideration.

Full Refund 100%

1. If the refund request was received in writing or via email within 72 hours of the registration date.
2. If the player transfers to a Select Team within MAA from the House Program within the same sport.

Partial Refund Given (Less $40.00 Administrative Fee)

1. Prior to Opening day for the sport requesting a refund, refunds will be given minus the Administrative fee of $40.00 and Late fee of $25.00 that apply.

No Refund Given

1. After opening day for that sport, no refunds will be given. Exception:  Tackle football refunds will not be given after 1st full week of practice (generally 2nd Friday in August).
2. If a late fee was charged, there will be no refunds of that late fee.

Medical Refund Request

1. The Sport President will determine the dollar amount that will be refunded.  If the request is received after opening day a credit will be issued for their next registration in place of a refund check.

Generally, refunds take 2 weeks from when the request is received in the MAA office.
